The non-stick patented technology caused economic losses to Kombach as high as tens of billions.

In response to Kangbach's high-profile rights protection, Supor also took emergency measures, to the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court of Zhejiang Province in cash 3 million yuan to file a pre-prosecution behavior preservation guarantee, demanding that Kangbach immediately stop the improper publicity behavior that may affect the goodwill of Supor company.
