He worked as a lawyer in Taiwan Zhicai Law Firm and internationally renowned law firms for many years, and then entered the industry, where he served as the legal director of Lingyang Technology Group, Weisheng Technology Group, Yunmo Wenchuang Group and American businessman Xuming Optoelectronics, accumulating rich experience in local litigation and international business transactions.

Dr. Hou Qingchen holds a master's degree in law from National Taiwan University, a master's degree in business from Political University, a master's degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania (University of Pennsylvania), and a doctor's degree in law from Peking University. Solid academic training has enabled him to be proficient in the laws of Taiwan, the United States and the mainland.

In addition, Dr. Hou Qingchen is also qualified as a dual lawyer in the United States and Taiwan, and has obtained a patent license from Taiwan.
