After China's accession to the WTO, China's biomedical enterprises bear the brunt of intellectual property issues, and are in the "multi-zone" of intellectual property issues ". Chinese enterprises have long been limited by the obstacles of European and American patents, and it is difficult for their products to enter the European and American markets, or they are forced to compete only at reduced prices. A large part of this is due to the lack of knowledge of patents by Chinese companies, and even the discoloration of patents. Based on the above background, on November 30, 2016, Wuxi SME Service Organization Association and Wuxi Huishan District Life Science Park jointly held the "Intellectual Property Operation-Biomedicine and Medical" in the conference room of Wuxi Huishan District Life Science Park. "Device Field" charity salon activities. The event invited Dr. Hou Qingchen, General Manager of Nanjing Huaxun Intellectual Property, to be the guest speaker.

At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the strategy of "going out" for Chinese enterprises was clearly put forward. However, if Chinese enterprises want to go out of China, they often have to face the numerous patent barriers set up by major European and American factories. How to break through this obstacle has been perplexing Chinese enterprises. In response to this problem, Dr. Hou introduced in detail Hua Xun's housekeeping skills-patent analysis, especially "patent validity analysis", that is, to assess the possibility of patent revocation afterwards. Its application areas include: patent pledge financing, patent pricing and confirmation of the validity of the underlying patent before patent trading, and assisting customers in trying to revoke their competitors' patents to remove obstacles to customer product sales; At the same time, it explains "patent infringement analysis", that is, to evaluate the probability of products falling into other people's patents and constituting infringement, how to avoid design, etc.
