It's really a feeling to think about it. Now, this rumor has a supporting basis. Apple's latest patent application shows that the future iPhone can realize fingerprint recognition on the screen without pressing buttons!

Nanjing Huaxun reported that Apple recently submitted a patent application to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The patent called "capacitive fingerprint sensor with electrostatic lens" (Capacitivefingerprint sensor including an electrostatic lens) is a new type of capacitive fingerprint identification sensor. Apple has submitted a detailed patent description document. In short, it can embed the fingerprint identification sensor into the screen without a separate fingerprint identification button.

On the current iPhone, TouchID fingerprint identification needs to be implemented on the Home key. If this patent is finally applied to the mobile phone, it is not impossible for the future iPhone to cancel the Home key. In the future, we are expected to see a front full screen iPhone, just don't know whether it will be the next generation of Phone 8?
