Nanjing Hua News: This week, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office announced a Google invention, indicating that Google is developing its own VR headset. In the description of the patent application, Google said that in general, virtual reality can immerse a person in a three-dimensional computer-generated environment. This person can enter this three-dimensional environment by wearing (or not wearing) a specific electronic device and interacting with this specific device. Such electronic devices may include, but are not limited to, a helmet equipped with a display, lenses or goggles for viewing a screen, gloves equipped with sensors, and an external handheld device equipped with sensors. Once the person enters the VR space, he is able to interact with the 3D environment in a way that looks realistic.
