According to the latest news from Nanjing Huaxun, the US Patent and Trademark Office recently approved a patent applied by Apple-"biometric capture of unauthorized users". The patent aims to enhance the security of Apple's mobile phone. When a user uses the Touch ID fingerprint identification device of the iPhone or iPad, if multiple verifications fail, the device will record the fingerprint and take a picture of the user. In addition, iOS devices can also compare and judge whether the current user is the owner according to GPS positioning, air pressure and surrounding audio conditions, and save fingerprint or photo data in the mobile phone or send it to the server. In fact, the working principle of this patent is not complicated, and similar apps have appeared before. However, if Apple officials can promote the popularization of this anti-theft feature, it will be more effective in combating thieves.
