According to the latest news from Nanjing Huaxun, Apple filed a request with the US Supreme Court to reject Samsung Electronics' request to review a smartphone design patent case. Apple issued a legal briefing that Samsung did not submit evidence to support its claims.
Samsung pointed out that the design patent compensation should not be based on a single part of the smartphone, but should be based on the entire product.
