The issue of intellectual property rights has always been an unavoidable topic for integrated circuit companies. my country's integrated circuit-related enterprises, due to historical reasons, lack of intellectual property reserves, and lack of experience in dealing with international enterprises using intellectual property to create competition barriers. They have repeatedly encountered various intellectual property problems in market competition, which seriously affect enterprise development and technology research and development. The theme of this event is mainly to explore and discuss intellectual property issues in integrated circuits and semiconductors.

During the event, Mr. Hou Qingchen, general manager of Nanjing Huaxun Intellectual Property Consulting Co., Ltd., brought the first topic "Enterprise Foreign Intellectual Property Practice". General Manager Hou Qingchen is a Ph.D. in intellectual property from Peking University Law School, and also holds a master's degree in law from National Taiwan University, a master's degree in business from National Chengchi University and a master's degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. He has worked in Taiwan Smart Law Firm and internationally renowned law firm Baker& Mckenzie. He is licensed as a Taiwanese lawyer, a Taiwanese patent practitioner, and a New York State lawyer,With 15 years of professional experience in transnational intellectual property rights, familiar with the laws of Taiwan, the United States and the mainland, and familiar with the industrial operation of Taiwan, the mainland and overseas.

The Sino-US trade war pushed ZTE to the forefront, reflecting the problems behind many intellectual property rights. Many Chinese enterprises know little about foreign-related intellectual property rights, and ignore the deployment and defense of intellectual property rights in the foreign-related market, resulting in irreparable losses. General Manager Hou used his many years of foreign-related practical experience as a case study to explain how to deal with foreign-related intellectual property issues for those present.
