Dr. Hou Qingchen, General Manager of Huaxun, was a guest at NTU Law School to give a lecture on the topic of "Enterprise Foreign Intellectual Property Practice".

On December 19, 2019, Dr. Hou Qingchen, general manager of Nanjing Huaxun Intellectual Property Consulting Co., Ltd., was invited by Nanjing University Law School and Nanjing University Zijin Intellectual Property Research Center to give training on "Enterprise Foreign Intellectual Property Practice" for teachers and students of Nanjing University.

General Manager Hou Qingchen is a Ph.D. in intellectual property from Peking University Law School. He also holds a master's degree in law from National Taiwan University, a master's degree in business from National Chengchi University, and a master's degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania. He has worked in Taiwan Smart Law Firm and internationally renowned law firm Baker & Mckenzie. He has a license for Taiwan lawyer, Taiwan patent engineer, New York State lawyer, etc., has 15 years of professional experience in transnational intellectual property rights, is familiar with the laws of Taiwan, the United States and the mainland, and is familiar with the industrial operation of Taiwan, the mainland and overseas.

In the subject, Dr. Hou first introduced the protection and development of intellectual property rights in China and the United States, pointed out the shortcomings of China's patent rights protection, and introduced the American intellectual property system for comparative analysis. The 12-character strategy of "knowing yourself and the enemy, making every effort to break through the barriers of overseas patents" for Chinese enterprises is put forward. Taking many years of practical experience as an example, this paper summarizes how to see the development direction of technology through patent information mining, and also introduces the cutting-edge specialty of Huaxun-patent analysis, and lays out patent operation through patent analysis.
