Ren Hua graduated from the Law School of Peking University and the Law School of Kyushu University in Japan, and was qualified as a lawyer in 2008.

Mr. Ren Hua is mainly engaged in domestic and foreign securities issuance, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment and financing, venture capital and other business, has rich business experience in the field of domestic and foreign capital markets, has been awarded the Legal Band 2015 China Law Junjie 30.

Dr. Huang Shixian is currently the General Manager of Jiance Intellectual Property Consultants Nanjing Co., Ltd. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Yamamoto Chartered Law Firm in Japan. During his five years at Osaka General Office, he handled more than 100 patent lawsuits, disputes, invalidation, infringement and other different types of cases.

In addition to the field of intellectual property, he is currently serving as an external reviewers of scientific papers for the influential SCI science journals.

During his Ph.D. at the University of Toronto, Canada, he worked with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and a number of U.S. and Chinese universities, and served as program director for viral transmission research, including H1N1 and H7N9.
