Under the guidance of the Industry-University Integration Development Alliance of the Demonstration Institute of Microelectronics, this event is hosted by the National Integrated Circuit Industry-Education Integration Innovation Platform of Peking University, the School of Microelectronics of Southeast University, and the Nanjing Integrated Circuit Training Base. The Integrated Circuit Design and Training Department of the Training Base and the Nanjing Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have also received support from many companies such as Huaxun and Creative Electronics.

Shi Longxing, Chief Professor of Southeast University and Director of Nanjing Integrated Circuit Training Base, Zhou Rong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Jiangbei New District Research and Innovation Park and Secretary of Nanjing Integrated Circuit Training Base, Jia Song, Deputy Dean of Peking University Institute of Microelectronics, Southeast University Xu Shen, deputy dean of the School of Science and Engineering, and representatives of related companies participated. Mr. Hou Qingchen, general manager of Nanjing Huaxun Intellectual Property Consulting Co., Ltd., was also invited to participate in this event.
